A bet in the spirit of "Diversus"! Combining fish dishes with important red wines, with the help of a prestigious farm: Le Muricce
The wines of the Le Muricce farm will be the undisputed protagonists of the evening of April 6th at 8 pm at the "Diversus" Wine Bar restaurant inside the Albergo del Chianti. A farm of excellence, that accepted a challenge worthy of our Diversus brand: a challenge, in fact, different. Almost heretical, as we like it! Le Muricce have agreed to face (and win, in our opinion) the most extreme duel possible: to combine important red wines with fish dishes.
A unique evening awaits you, combining a series of dishes selected by our chef with the wines of the Le Muricce farm: an extraordinary marriage and ... Diversus! For this specific occasion the owners of the farm Le Muricce Bernard Buys and Rita Cornelis will be present to illustrate their wines.

- Tartare of wild salmon
Matched wine: Franciacorta
- Pacchero with seafood sauce
Matched wine: LE MURICCE "LUCCICONI" 2013 and 2015
- Larded toadtail
Matched wine: LE MURICCE "GRAN SELEZIONE" 2011 and 2014
- Octopus in chard inzimino
Combined wine: LE MURICCE "IL POETA" 2012 and 2013
