Diversus recipes: carpaccio of anglerfish, grit granite and cucumber

Today we present you one of the recipes you can find in the menu of Diversus, the first restaurant in Chianti specializing in fish based cuisine. A fresh and summer recipe that will surprise you, whose mai character is a precious, delicate and prestigious fish such as anglerfish.

To complete the dish, an original and tasty combination: a granite made with gin tonic and marinated cucumber. You can try cooking it yourself, but we assure you that ours is going to taste better... also because we are not going to disclose all of our secrets!

Ingredients:

  • Anglerfish filet
  • Gin
  • Tonic water
  • cucumber
  • Oil
  • Chili pepper
  • Dill
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • White wine vinegar

This tasty and summery dish is made up of three elements: the anglerfish filet in marinated in oil, chilli, dill and salt; Granite made with a part of gin and two parts of tonic water; Cucumber marinated in oil, white vinegar, pepper and sale.
