Diversus is the restaurant you do not expect.
Almost a heretic choice in a land devoted to red wine and meat, Diversus, the first restaurant in the area to specialize in fish dishes, is a new creature born from the challenge of a visionary talented Belgian restaurateur, Jonathan, joined by a large experienced hotelier well-known in the area: Francesco of L'Albergo del Chianti.
A dream come true: proposing something completely new in the heart of a solid and traditional tourist reality.

The logo clearly states the unusual nature of the Diversus project: a fish facing the classic black rooster, immortal icon of Chianti. In the center, like in boxing fights, the word "Vs", which means "versus" in Latin. An authentic gauntlet thrown to tradition. The word Diversus suggests a bold diversity: the diversity of those who are not satisfied with following the flow but obstinately proceed looking for their own way.

A list of wines of absolute excellence, favoring the whites, ranging from Veneto to Campania, from Austria to South Tyrol, to propose international bottles of wine coming from highly-regarded areas such as California or South Africa.
